They can be private or public.
Recipients :
These are the public entities that receive invoices:
- the State
- national public establishments (including public health establishments)
- local authorities and their groupings (local public sector)
- local public establishments
- consular bodies such as chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of trades or chambers of agriculture
- other forms of cooperation between local authorities (interdepartmental, interregional except for agreements, conventions, flexible cooperation,…)
Billing Framework:
It identifies issuers and filed documents.
Our module supports A1 and A2 billing frameworks:
- A1: Supplier Filing of an Invoice
Invoice or credit note giving rise to a financial or accounting transaction with or without prior mandate. - A2: Deposit of an invoice already paid (e.g. acquisition card)
Invoice or credit note that does not give rise to a financial or accounting transaction with or without prior mandate.
The invoice does not require a payment request to be created in the recipient’s information system.

Legal Commitment (Undertaking Number):
A legal commitment is the act by which a public structure establishes an obligation against it from which an expenditure will result.
All contractual acts corresponding to this definition are subject to a legal commitment, regardless of their nature: purchase order, contract in instalments, lease, etc.
Work invoices:
Corresponds to the transmission of documents contributing to the execution of works contracts in accordance with the CCAG (General Administrative Clauses) for the payment during and at the end of the contract.

Statement of legal costs:
A statement of court costs is a document justifying a request for payment following a service provided within the framework of a decision of the judicial authority or that of a person acting under its direction or control.
