Open Bee™ Doc Office Manager is a software solution that allows the classification and indexing of documents in Open Bee™ Portal. The type of Microsoft Office document to file can be a Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Microsoft Outlook document.
The three basic features are:
- Classification and indexing of Microsoft Office documents in Open Bee™ Portal directly from Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint software.
- Classification and indexing in Open Bee™ Portal of one or more Microsoft Office documents simultaneously (multiple selection or a folder of documents) directly from the context menu of Windows Explorer.
- Classification and indexing in Open Bee™ Portal from Microsoft Outlook:
- Filing an email in PDF format with its attachments.
- Filing one or more attachments only.
When you file an email, it is not deleted from your mailbox.
