This type of import allows you to download documents from an Open Bee™ Portal folder to a Windows folder (local or remote) while maintaining the tree structure and also to import documents to Open Bee™ Portal.
Limitations :
- If a document is deleted from the Open Bee™ Portal folder after import, it will not be deleted in the Windows folder. The reverse is also true.
Configuration
The first step in the configuration is to choose the import type “Document Synchronization” and give the configuration a name.
The second step is to set the Open Bee™ Portal folder and the Windows folder.
All documents and subfolders will be downloaded/uploaded while keeping the tree structure.
