  • The dashboard loads indefinitely

    • Check the configuration of O. C.S to know if versions are created automatically after the OCR phase
    • Ensure that documents have not been merged because of identical metadata

  • What is the Open Bee™ Data Importer service used for?

    • The
      Open Bee™ Data Importer
      app consists of two main components:

      • The Graphical Interface (DataImporterUI.exe)
        It allows you to configure the application, start the imports and also see the status and details of the imports
      • And a service (OBDataImporterService)
        The department carries out imports. That is to say, if the import has been launched, the GUI can be closed, the import will continue thanks to the service.

  • Where are the application logs stored?
    • The logs are stored in the C:Program Files folder (x86)OpenBeeOpen Bee Data ImporterBinLog
      They can be useful in particular during import errors to get more details by searching on the internal ID of the document or the ID of the document in the source DMS

  • An error appeared while processing an XML file. Where was this file moved?

    • XML files that are processed in error are moved to the C:Program Files folder (x86)OpenBeeOpen Bee Data ImporterTemp
