This type of import allows you to import documents from a Windows folder (local or remote) to Open Bee™ Portal while preserving the tree structure.
Limitations :
- It classifies documents with the default classification rule, i.e. without metadata
- If a document is deleted from the Windows folder after importing, it will not be deleted in Open Bee™ Portal.
Configuration
The first step in the configuration is to choose the import type “Import documents without metadata to Open Bee™ Portal” and give a name to the configuration.
The second step is to define the source folder where the documents to be imported will be retrieved as well as the destination folder where the documents will be imported.
All documents and subfolders will be imported while maintaining the tree structure.

Advanced options
It is possible to configure a sending frequency that will automatically import new documents every XX minutes/hour.
