Open Bee™ eMail Capture is a software that allows you to retrieve and file your emails and attachments automatically in your Open Bee™ Portal online workspace. Thanks to periodic synchronizations, your emails will be backed up according to your organization’s own rules . Open Bee™ eMail Capture also allows you to make a copy to a Windows folder.
Open Bee™ eMail Capture is a service that runs in the background and allows any employee to:
– Automatically classify emails and attachments to your Open Bee™ Portal solution:
Once your email account has been registered, your filters and ranking rules have been set up, the software will periodically connect to your email and classify all the emails that meet your criteria in the location you have chosen without requiring any user action.
– Automatically file emails and attachments to a Windows directory.
Similar to the classification to the Open Bee™ Portal solution, it is possible to file to a Windows folder.
– Manage treatment history
Even if Open Bee™ eMail Capture is intended to be completely automatic and to do without manual action by the user, it is possible to consult the history of the processing carried out on your email account and to classify emails with missing information.
