If Open Bee™ eMail Capture is installed in user mode

The Open Bee™ eMail Capture data to be backed up is located in the “Open Bee Common”, “Open Bee Mails” and “OpenBeeMailsService” folders in the user’s directory (%appdata%).

Example:

• %appdata%\Open Bee\Open Bee Common
• %appdata%\Open Bee\Open Bee Mails
• %appdata%\Open Bee\OpenBeeMailsService

If Open Bee™ eMail Capture is installed in service mode

The Open Bee™ eMail Capture data to be backed up is located in the “Open Bee Common”, “Open Bee Mails” and “OpenBeeMailsService” folders in the C:\ProgramData\Open Bee directory.

Example:

• C:\ProgramData\Open Bee\Open Bee Common
• C:\ProgramData\Open Bee\Open Bee Mails
• C:\ProgramData\Open Bee\OpenBeeMailsService

Restoration

Once the backup has been made, the restoration is carried out by replacing the contents of these three backed-up folders in the directory of the new installation of the same Open Bee™ eMail Capture version.
