This screen allows you to configure the automatic email synchronization service from the rules defined in Open Bee™ eMail Capture.
- The connection frequency is used to define the interval in minutes between each connection to the email accounts configured in Open Bee™ eMail Capture.
In the example above, the service will connect every 30 minutes to check if a new email has been received, process it and save it to the desired destination if it is valid. - The interval in relation to the date of the day of the oldest emails processed.
In the example above, only emails received 40 days before today’s date will be processed the next time the synchronization service is connected.
From this screen, it is also possible to start or stop the service regardless of the installation mode chosen (application mode or by a Windows service)
