Open Bee™ Sync is a software that allows you to synchronize and organize your documents between your computer and your Open Bee™ Portal online workspace. Thanks to automatic or manual synchronizations, your documents will be saved remotely in order to optimize your work as much as possible. They will thus be modifiable by train, plane, office or hotel and instantly updated on all your devices (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) * . Open Bee™ Sync also allows you to connect your scanning solution to your Open Bee™ Portal online workspace to file your scanned paper documents.

Open Bee™ Sync, a synchronization tool, allows any employee with an Open Bee™ Portal user account:


– Automatically send scanned paper documents from your scanning solution.
The synchronization tool monitors a specific folder where scanning devices will send scanned paper documents. Whenever a new file appears, it will be automatically sent to the “Leaderboard” section of Open Bee™ Portal.

– Synchronize the documents of your workstation (located on the user’s workstation) with Open Bee™ Portal.
The synchronization tool updates your Open Bee™ Portal based on the documents on your workstation and vice versa. It also compares the files on your workstation with those in Open Bee™ Portal to ensure you get the latest version of the file you want to work on.

– Bulk transfer of documents
The drag-and-drop function of Open Bee™ Sync allows you, with a single click, to drag and drop, send one or more documents from your workstation to the folder tree of Open Bee™ Portal online.
