Third-party repository

Access the interface

To access the Third-Party Repository interface

Click the Folders menu, and then click the Third-Party Repository section

In this screen you will be able to find the list of third parties known by Capture. These could have been created from the videocoding or imported during your accounting import.

Indeed, when Capture imports a third-party account, it automatically creates the third party that corresponds to it

Import the “third-party repository”

You can import third parties into Capture via a CSV file using the

Type: Type of third party you want to import
Separator: Separator used in the file (For tabbing, use the TAB shortcut)
File: CSV file to import
Remove Tiers: Option to delete tiers already present in Capture prior to import

Details

Your CSV file must contain a header line. Each header must match a name or index id of the selected third-party type. The column for entering the names of the third parties should be named “NAME”.
The values entered in your file will then be imported. By default:
– Empty values will be ignored.
– Values already in Scan Capture are considered “Days”. If you want to force the use of the values present in your file, you must add the suffix “_FORCE” to the header of the desired columns.

Add

From the “Third-party repository” tab you can add, view and edit the “third-party repository”.

To add:

Click on the button

Choose the type of third party

Fill in the form

Click the Save button

Visualize

From the “Third-party repository” tab, you can view the “file of a type of third party”:

Edit the “third-party repository”

To edit it, simply click in the column to be edited in order to enter/modify a value.

Click Save

Delete a third party

To remove a third party, simply click on the ” X ” button next to the third party name.
