The Open Bee™ Scan Capture Console installer will guide you – screen by screen – through the software installation steps.
Before installing Open Bee™ Scan Capture Console:
- Close all active applications, especially anti-virus software.
- Log in as an administrator on the workstation

| Double-click “Open Bee™ Scan Capture Console_x.x.x.x” to run the installer. |  |
| 2. If the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is not installed on the workstation, then you will be prompted to install it. Click “Accept“. |  |
| 3. Wait while Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is installed |  |
| 4. The welcome page will be displayed. Click “Next“ |  |
| 5. Select the location where you want to install the software by clicking “Browse…” |  |
| 7. A confirmation page will appear. Click “Next” to begin the installation. |  |
| 8. The installation is complete. Click “Close“ |  |
| 9. A shortcut appears on the desktop and in your “Start” menu (if you have Windows 7) or in your “Home” menu if you have Windows 8 or higher. Double-click this shortcut to start the software. |  |
