Open Bee™ Scan Capture allows you to manage the sessions of users connected to the solution. Your license allows you to have a limited number of concurrent consoles, each session represents one of its consoles.

To view them, go to the “About” -> “Manage Sessions” page

Session

Creation

To use the solution, each user must log in:

• Open Bee™ Scan Capture with authentication: The session is created by clicking on the login button if it is valid.
• Open Bee™ Scan Capture without authentication: The session is created automatically with the predefined user when the software is launched.

Composition

A session is made up of several pieces of information:

• Date: Date, time, second of the user’s last action
• Identifier: ID used by the user to log in
• Client: The machine on which the user has logged in

The same login can be used at the same time on two different machines, but this will open two sessions to Open Bee™ Scan Capture

Deletion

You can delete a session at any time by clicking on the icon provided . This will directly release the desired session, if you had reached your maximum number of concurrent consoles, a new user will then be able to log in.

Once the session is deleted, the user will no longer be able to perform any action on Open Bee™ Scan Capture. They will have to reconnect and therefore recreate a session if the solution allows them to do so.
