This page allows you to set the identifiers (third-party index = identifier) of Open Bee™ Scan Capture.
These play an important role in detecting a third party when interpreting a document. Indeed, depending on their configuration, these identifiers will allow the software to retrieve certain information about the document. Once collected, this information is compared with the various known third-party records of Open Bee™ Scan Capture to determine the third party with the most legitimacy for this document.
You can also find these identifiers at the top of the column in your third-party repository. An identifier is specific to a type of third party, Open Bee™ Scan Capture can contain several types of third parties, therefore, the first step on this page is to select the type of third party to be modified

Modification
Once you have selected the type of third party, Open Bee™ Scan Capture gives you access to all the identifiers already created for it.

To change one of them, you just need to click on the name of it.

A panel with the details of this identifier appears.

As explained above, an identifier = an index, which is why the display of details is exactly the same as that used for document indexes. For more information on this information, we invite you to consult the Document Index page.
Your page will be less populated, the possible configurations for you are:
- General Information: Search Limit, Search Box, Activation, Index Type
- For your identifiers , the types of indexes available are:
- String
- Date
- Decimal
- Digital
- Text
- Keywords: This type of index allows Open Bee™ Scan Capture to display the identifier as shown on the Keyword Usage page.
- For your identifiers , the types of indexes available are:
- Markers
- Regexs
Identifier Creation
To create a new identifier, simply click on the button provided

Identifier deletion
To remove an identifier:
- Right-click on the name of it
- Click Delete
