Presentation
What is a log?
A log is an object made up of several fields that is used to represent an action that has been performed on the application. It is built like this:

- Identifier: Unique number representing a log
- Date: The precise date on which the action was performed
- Target ID: Identifier of the object affected by the log
- Category: Large category to which the log belongs (in this case, accounting records)
- Action: Action affected by the log (here an update)
- User: The user who performed this action
- Message: A message used to describe the action that was performed
Filters
To help you find the log(s) you want, different filters are available:

- Start Date: Allows you to sort logs greater than or equal to a specific date
- End Date: Allows you to sort logs less than or equal to a specific date
- Category: Allows you to filter logs that belong to a particular category (Documents, Users, Groups, Templates, Accounts, …)
- Action: Allows you to filter the logs related to a specific action (Delete, Add, Modify, …)
- User: Allows you to filter logs made by a specific user
- Target ID: Allows you to filter logs about a specific object in Open Bee™ Scan Capture
The filtered logs are displayed in the table below the various filters

You can control the number of logs to be displayed on the same page by double-clicking on the number indicated at the top left
This will then change to a drop-down list allowing you to change this parameter
If there are too many logs to display, a pagination allows you to browse through them
Verify Integrity
This button allows you to verify that no logs have been modified or deleted. Indeed, each log is linked to the logs that surround it in this way, if a log is missing, the application is able to detect it.
Be careful, the greater the number of logs, the longer the integrity check will take
