Open Bee™ Scan Capture has a page where you can find information about your licenses. To consult it, go to “About” -> Information

Description

On this page, you will find:

• Number of documents allowed: The maximum number of documents you can absorb through the solution in a year. Your current number of documents is also entered.
• Next Account Reset: The date on which your document counter will reset to zero to start a new year. This action does not delete any documents.
• Number of consoles allowed: Number of concurrent sessions allowed on Open Bee™ Scan Capture. To manage these, please visit this page.
• Version: Here you will find both versions of your solution.
• Licenses: You can view your licenses that allow the use of Open Bee™ Scan Capture. Each license gives you a number of documents per year, as well as a number of consoles at the same time. Licenses are stacked.
  Example: license1 : 1000 documents / 2 sessions + license2 : 2000 documents / 1 session -> Open Bee™ Scan Capture with 3000 documents / 3 sessions
