On the Open Open Bee™ Scan Capture homepage you can find all the documents waiting for your software.

These documents can have different statuses, you will find them in the status column of the central table:

• The information in the document has been posted, but the document is awaiting an accounting entry
• The document is locked by a user. This means that a user is videocoding this document
• The document information has been saved but it has not been validated
• The document is currently being reinterpreted by Open Bee™ Scan Capture
• The document is being sent to the configured output
• The document could not be sent to the configured output
• (Version 3.3.1 and above) The document is awaiting an analytical breakdown on its accounting entries
• (Version 3.3.1 and above) The document is fully validated. This status is only visible to an Open Bee™ Portal user. It allows them to validate a task within a workflow without leaving Open Bee™ Scan Capture

Within the solution, you just have to hover over a status icon to get information about it
