2) To ensure that Open Bee™ Scan Capture works properly, it is essential to configure your antivirus software in a way that does not interfere with their operations. To avoid interference, make sure that the antivirus on the servers does not schedule a real-time scan on the directories used by Open Bee™ Scan Capture. Add folder paths and services to your antivirus’s exclusion lists.
