The majority of scanners or MFPs are compatible with the WebDav protocol.
Refer to the documentation of your MFP for the creation of a WebDav scan button to send a scanned document directly to the Open Bee™ Portal.
Here’s what information you’ll need (assuming your solution is accessible at http://localhost:8000/)
– Webdav server URL: http://localhost:8000/ davq/
– Username : your Open Bee™ Portal ID
– Password : your Open Bee™ Portal password
Once transmitted by your MFP to Open Bee Portal, your document is pending in the filing area and can be filed with the Open Bee™™ Portal filing rules.
