In a Windows 10 environment, the following services are paused (they start but automatically pause)

openbeeportal AMQP High Priority Queue
openbeeportal AMQP Low Priority Queue
Open Bee Scan O.C.S

Open Bee™ Portal version <= 6.7.2

Resolution

Portal

Recommendation
Use the “2.24-101-g897c7ad” version of the nssm
– Stop all portal services
– Replace the “dossier_installUtilitynssm.exe file with the one downloaded from this link http://nssm.cc/ci/nssm-2.24-101-g897c7ad.zip
– Restart the service portal

OCS

Recommendation
Use the “2.24-101-g897c7ad” version of the nssm
– Stop OCS service
– Replace the “dossier_installnssm-2.24nssm.exe file with the one downloaded from this link http://nssm.cc/ci/nssm-2.24-101-g897c7ad.zip
– Restart the OCS service
