Symptoms

Navigating the “Documents” tab of Open Bee™ Portal is slow.

You have a very large number of folders displayed in the treeview.

Resolution

The source of the problem is the display of a large number of folders in the treeview, which does not have a paging system.

To work around the problem:

• Log in to  http(s)://IP:PORT/administration/config  with an administrator account
• Look for the parameter: “maxTreeviewDepth” and change its value to zero.
