Symptoms

With the Edge browser, the “print” action on documents does nothing.

Open Bee™ Portal version 6.x.

Causes 

Microsoft Edge does not support printing data contained in “iframe” and “embed” tags: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/issues/7801755/ 

Resolution

While waiting for a version of Edge that fixes this issue, we recommend that you use a different browser or download the document to print.
