Ranking rules are a fundamental concept of the Open Bee™ Portal solution .
This feature makes it possible to orchestrate the filing and renaming, in a uniform and centralized manner, of all documents that will be classified, regardless of the user and the connected application.
By defining a classification rule according to a document topology, you ensure that your classification tree is homogeneous.
In order to manage the ranking rules, click on “Administration” “Ranking rules”
Open Bee™ Portal comes with ranking rules pre-configured.
Based on the metadata that has been
entered when filing a document
, Open Bee™ Portal will:
- Automatically rename the document
- Dynamically classify the document in a tree of automatically created folders and subfolders
- Store metadata in a database so that the documentcan be retrieved later
