There are two ways to edit Office documents from Open Bee™ Portal :
- Directly from a web browser using Office Online (Documentation).
Note : A Microsoft Enterprise account with a license to insert changes into Office Online is required to use the built-in Office Online Editor with Open Bee™ Portal.
- Or from your workstation with the Office pack installed. More details on this page.
This choice is to be set at the general configuration level: Enable viewing or editing with Office for the web.
