Unable to activate Open Bee™ Portal

Are you having a problem activating Open Bee™ Portal “Site”?

  1. Check that the server has access to the Internet (warning) , this is the server on which Open Bee™ Portal is installed and not necessarily the client computer on which you are located to fill in the activation form
    ping www.openbeecloud.com
  2. If you are using a version 5.6.0 or 5.6.1, update to the latest version.
  3. Verify that all fields in the activation form have been filled in.
