Once the last task in the workflow is completed, the document will appear in the “Documents” tab.
An icon is used to identify that the document has gone through a workflow.

This status is only available if the workflow administrator has allowed documents to be viewed while they are being validated in the workflow.Clicking on this icon displays the history of actions performed on this document as it is processed by the workflow engine.

If, during the validation process, an actor refuses to commit his task for various reasons, then the document will still be deposited in the folder where the document is inserted, unless the workflow administrator has configured the workflow to move the document to a particular folder during a rejection.
