User Folder

A “My Documents” folder is automatically created at the Open Bee™ Portal root. It contains a personal folder for each of the Open Bee™ Portal users.

Only the user has access to their personal folder. As a result, other users do not have access to their file.

When viewed from a user account, the user only has access to their file.

Viewed from an administrator account, the administrator account has access to all users’ personal folders and subfolders.
