A “My Documents” folder is automatically created at the Open Bee™ Portal root. It contains a personal folder for each of the Open Bee™ Portal users.
Only the user has access to their personal folder. As a result, other users do not have access to their file.
When viewed from a user account, the user only has access to their file.
Viewed from an administrator account, the administrator account has access to all users’ personal folders and subfolders.
The administrator can change this configuration in the folder permissions management
The user folder is also available through the user menu
