Unable to send documents to OCS

Problem

OCS is functional but when sending a document, OpenBee Scan OCS returns null 

Solution

1. Check base URL in the general config 

The value of “Base URL” must contain the Portal url. 

Example: http://127.0.0.1:8000/

If you find an incorrect value (“:” or incorrect IP address), please update this value and save

      2. Then re-send the documents to OpenBee Scan OCS.
