The design phase

The first part of the work consists of identifying the workflow and the actors likely to use the software and then defining the tasks to be carried out for each of them.

A workflow contains several pieces of information that need to be carefully defined

– A name that will allow them to be identified
– A description that provides context
– A filing rule (or folder) that determines how the workflow is triggered
– Actors who are involved in the process
– Steps and transitions that allow the document to evolve
– Tasks that allow you to assign an action to one or more actors
– Time to complete these tasks
