Email Preview – Version 7.3.0

With this new version, checking your classified emails in Open Bee Portal has never been easier or more convenient.

A built-in email reader

You can now view your emails directly from the DMS platform. The associated attachments (PDFs, images, Office documents, etc.) are also accessible and downloadable, without leaving the reader.

Search your emails and their attachments

The content of emails and their compatible attachments is now indexed and ocerized, which means you can search directly in the text of an email or in the text of attachments.

⚠️ Indexing may take a few moments (minimum 10 minutes), so it’s normal that some searches in attachments aren’t instantaneous.

Attachments remain embedded

Although you can download them from the previewer, the attachments are not detached or filed separately in the DMS. They always remain linked to the email. This reader is intended for consultation only, without modification of the documents.

Supported formats

• The player works natively with EML files.
• MSG files are also supported: they are converted to EML at the time of filing so that they can be viewed. This creates a new version of the document, while retaining the original MSG.

Compatibility with your existing archives

• EML files archived prior to version 7.3.0 are fully visible in the previewer.
• MSG files classified before version 7.3.0 are not automatically supported. Only MSG files classified from version 7.3.0 onwards are converted to EML.
